Too bad there aren't any sandals in the room m.. they're all nice

The view is nice but the bathroom and toilet are not well arranged. It would be better to put a dividing wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Also provide a water heater. For those who bring children, it is still a hassle to drink milk, having to ask the receptionist for water.

I am very disappointed! Be careful for those who stay here especially for those who are not Padang or Minang people, I feel uncomfortable with the staff who denied the blanket was stained red even though I was not wearing any red clothes, I was forced to unpack my bag & take out the contents of my bag which was very disturbing to my privacy, the check-in & check-out process took a very long time, the breakfast was not tasty at all, the staff always looked for mistakes from visitors to get money. Please train the hotel again for its staff to be polite & friendly to visitors

Mantul, steady and attractive. It's just the toilet 😂 it needs to be closed so the room isn't sterile because the toilet is together.
