I asked security but they didn't respond and were indifferent, maybe because I was dressed like a bum, the room was full of small cockroaches*, the bathroom was clogged

The hotel staff was helpful... I forgot a document in my apartment unit, and Mr. Yuda helped me find it and keep it at the reception. Thank you so much, Mr. Yuda, for your kind assistance.

The room is poorly maintained... lots of cockroaches... and when we checked in we took 2 rooms for the children and parents but we were given rooms on separate floors and no access card to the children's room... we had to go back and forth to the reception if we wanted to go to the children's room... it was a hassle.

We apologize in advance, based on the reservation we received, there is only 1 room reservation and Reotel ensures to provide all access per unit/reservation if the room reservation is made through the Reotel at CitraPlaza Nagoya platform. Please help to ensure again whether there is a technical error either from us at Reotel or other booking agents if there is no access granted. Thank you.
