I got it for 165,000 Rupiah, a bargain for a location near Jatinegara Station. The room lacks a wardrobe, soap, or toothbrush. It's quite comfortable and quiet. There's a 100,000 Rupiah security deposit.

It's really weird to ask for an additional 20,000 Rupiah because the app price doesn't match the actual price. Then, after paying in full, they ask for a 100,000 Rupiah deposit. And the sheets are dirty and stained too.

Great location, close to Kp Melayu Terminal and Hermina Hospital. The price is worth it considering the facilities.

Good service and friendly staff. Strategic location on the side of the road, near the Kp Melayu Bus Stop. With that price, the quality of comfort and cleanliness is good. Wifi and TV are smooth. Highly recommended for cheap and comfortable cr hotels

The room smells musty, the walls are peeling, the bathroom has no hot water, there is no window to the outside. Stayed here only because it was walkable from Hermina Hospital Jatinegara.

The AC is not cold, the shower for bathing is broken and there is no bucket and ladle as a replacement. There are holes in the window film so it is visible from the outside.
