The villa is already good, only the cleanliness is lacking, booked a family room with 2 rooms, one room has cold AC, the other room has hot AC and the floor is dirty, the dust is really felt, please take care of it, this villa is already very good but it's a shame if it's not clean, even though the admin has asked for confirmation of check-in time, he even asked me several times, while waiting for the guests to arrive, the rooms should be cleaned first, the floors should be swept.. at least everything is good, once again, keep it clean!!

Everything is okay, the water is clear BUT it smells really rusty, I want to brush my teeth & take a bath but it feels ticklish.

The villa is very comfortable, clean, fragrant, the staff are friendly and nice. It's really good to stay here, it makes you feel at home, the place is a bit into the village so it's quiet and not noisy. But the downside is the admin is slow to respond, the information says the operating hours are 07.00 but there was only a response at 08.15. In the morning, ordering breakfast took a long time so you had to go to the guard and the cafe. Anyway, I want to come here again someday

There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed my stay here. The view is beautiful, the room is spacious with a private pool, and most importantly the price is very cheap.

Spacious room. Private pool is quite okay, rice field view, if you want to swim it's better to go very early in the morning or in the afternoon, if it's hot during the day & there might be farmers in the rice fields. Hehehe. The road to the villa location is a bit of a challenge, the road is narrow, some locations of the road are still not paved/cast. Overall good. Suitable for couples or families.
