The staff is very polite, professional and enthusiastic. The rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable. The food is okay. The procedure is simple and convenient.

Hotel design is very nice, brand new, and the staff is very accommodating. They upgraded my booking to a suite room. The room is with very wide windows and a nice bathtub. Location is in the center, very accessible to all the stores, restaurants, and the beach. May Cafe in the lobby is really good with many nice drinks and a surprisingly affordable price. Wide choices of room service menu and again very affordable. 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Highly recommend!

Area near the center, delicious food, clean rooms. Great, will come back when coming to Nha Trang.
