It was particularly quiet. It felt like a little hideaway from a city that’s already buzzing. It was relatively central. The staff is lovely, very polite and helpful. Great hospitality. My room was divine, very spacious. Facilities are very modern. It was my first time in Albania and they made me feel very safe.

Very nice and new looking place on the outskirts of Tirana. Breakfast was very good.

It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.

The staff were superb, at the reception as well as the restaurant. They really enhanced my experience. I was upgraded when I arrived. I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

Excellent hotel! We would definitely stay here again when we return! All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and our room was amazing.

Very friendly staff, very clean, would recommend to my friends.

Not easily accessible to transport and tourist spots, always needed to use a taxi which was expensive. Hotel service wasn’t great, asides from the receptionist Elvira who was very helpful and the lady at breakfast. House keeping didn’t clean the room throughout our stay even though we asked for it, they only made the bed when we were out once, left the dishes and wouldn’t bring toilet paper. I had to ring reception to actually beg for it. The day we got into the room, it was even a half roll of tissue that the previous occupier left that was there for us to use. Not great service at all

The staff were friendly and the property was clean. However, limited breakfast option and we were forced to eat just what was given.

I like the neatness of the hotel, its close proximity to the airport and the city centre. The staff were quite friendly and are ready to help out with anything. The breakfast options are great as well! It’s definitely a good value for money.
