Amazing experience staying here

The location is very close to Jalan Alor, with lots of trendy culinary options. It's okay. The rooms are spacious, and there's a water refill station in the hallway near the elevator. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the AC is cool.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable even though it is difficult to find because there are many hotel branches in the city.

Cute hotel. I booked two rooms: one single and one family room. It turns out the receptionist said the single room was for one person, even though my voucher listed two guests. In the end, I had to upgrade to get a double room. I don't know if it was the hotel or Traveloka's fault.

I booked a single room for two people and a family room for three people from Traveloka. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel staff told me the single room was for one person only. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to a double room, even though the voucher issued by Traveloka clearly stated that I was booking a double room.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is strategic, just a short walk out onto Jalan Alor. The staff, Rahat, was very helpful. I would stay here again if I were in KL.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and responsive, and it was very close to Alor Street Food, making finding food easy.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was full of small cockroaches, which made it feel extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. When I informed the staff about the issue, they were not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about fixing the problem. For the price, I expected at least a clean room and basic hospitality, but unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Strategic accommodation.

The room was cheap, clean, and nice, however, the staff service was rather unprofessional. Our room lacked towels, so we asked for some, but instead of housekeeping bringing them up, they were simply handed to us at the lobby and we had to carry them ourselves — quite unusual for a hotel of this standard. In addition, our room had an electrical issue in the middle of the night. The staff told us to wait for a technician, but we waited all night and no one ever came to fix it.

Upon check-in, I was very assisted by the reception team. They were very helpful. The technicians were also very helpful. The location is very close to Alor Street and the busy areas of Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, and Lot 10. It's within walking distance to KLCC and close to the LRT station. The hotel's location is very strategic.

I want to come here again on my next trip. It's comfortable and very close. Deposit is 100% refundable. Highly recommended.

Perfectly fine and satisfying with the room, location, and the service. Unfortunately I lost my precious pouch in my previous room and it couldn't be found. But overall everything is wonderful. Specially the service from the receptionist Sir Rahat, very humble and kind.

Great location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful – overall a very good stay!

2 cockroaches playing around in the bedroom no towels in the room, and whenever i ask (around 1am, as i just arrived) the staff gave me 1 only. "that's the only available. it's midnight", he said. and guess what? it was dirty, couldnt let my skin touch that one thing stands out is just the location
