Check in was at 2:30 PM but it was delayed 30 minutes to 3:00 PM due to a miscommunication with the roomboy. We, who had arrived earlier and were waiting in the lobby, were not taken to our room. In fact, two new customers who had just arrived were taken first. We were called several times and finally we were taken to our room at 3:00 PM. Overall, the room was comfortable, the room facilities were also complete, only the bathroom smelled unpleasant and ended up buying a hanging freshener for the bathroom.
