It's better to see the host first before renting an apartment. Because this is hosted by Travelio, the overall service is less than satisfactory. After booking a room, it's better to call first to check whether the order has been entered in Travelio & in my experience I had to call several times to get it done. For the key handover appointment, it went smoothly (reminder 2 hours before check in). For cleanliness, it's good. For room facilities, the gas cylinder is empty so it can't be used, then there are no towel hangers & clothes hangers in the bathroom. After checking out, suddenly the Travelio review was filled in by itself with 5 stars even though I hadn't filled it in.
