AVOID it guys, the cleaning fee they charge when you reach the hotel is equal to the price u pay in Traveloka, basically double the price listed Noone there to help u check in After several calls they will tell you to wait for 20 mins for their employee And after that, it turns out that the dude sitting at the room at ground floor, the one u had been standing near by for nearly half an hour, is the employee they talked about Been in countless hotels and never give bad reviews about any place But this one is quite an exception I kinda hate Traveloka because of this prime example
