The facilities are so bad, smelly... the service attitude is so bad, I can't accept anything here, it's terrible...

!!! MUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The staff/owner are extremely miserable. When checking in, they calmly said that there were no rooms available, even though they had booked a week in advance. No apology. The attitude was disdainful as if I was asking for something. There is no elevator, have to walk up to the 4th floor. The room is extremely old and dirty. The window is about to fall out. The air conditioner has to be taped up to cool down. The bed sheets are torn. The ashtray has not been cleaned. Full of ants. The hotel is near the dike so it is extremely noisy, hard to sleep. The shower and the toilet are leaking a little water, rusty. The mirror is dirty. The towels are indescribably dirty. Do not touch them.
