Old building, needs to be renovated immediately, many are damaged and only repaired briefly

The hotel is an old building that has not been looked after, it is already in disrepair, the floor is damaged and covered in duct tape, bringing children can trip over the soaked floor, the floor is dirty, dusty, the AC is not cold, the front floor is covered in moss, the room terrace is full of grass, the garden is not maintained, the sink is clogged

We had our wedding there, they treated us very well, we loved our stay there.

Anyway, I stayed here for 2 days, the pool was nice, the AC was really cold and all the services were good.

I came here because the client paid for the makeup. The room was very nice. The atmosphere was great. All the staff were friendly. The food was delicious. The bathroom was spacious. There was a balcony facing the swimming pool. It was close to the city and the beach.

The water went out at 3-4 am in the morning. The first time I called the FO, they answered the phone. After that, I called three times, but they didn't answer my phone again.

The pool water is very clear and matches the pH of the skin. The hotel area is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is good. Maintain it.

The hotel has changed its name, and is located in the city center. The vibe remains the same as the previous iconic hotel, with its natural ambiance and aesthetic swimming pool. However, the bathrooms and rooms may need some renovation, as the walls feel damp, especially on the ground floor, which overlooks the pool and terrace. Overall, everything is good: the beds are comfortable, the food is good, and check-in and check-out processes are quick.

It's really hard to get water, so taking a shower or washing your face is a hassle. Why do you have to go to a pop-up hotel to take a shower? Especially with a baby, it's really complicated when there's no water. A 4-star hotel can have a power outage? I was sweating, thinking it was a power outage, but it turned out to be a short circuit that lasted for 3 hours. The female receptionist wasn't very friendly during the day. But since they've changed, the male receptionist has been very friendly. Please improve. When I first stayed, it was still a Sheraton. At night, the pool area was very bright. Now, after sunset, it's completely dark. The food was really big, the squid was so hard it was like rubber. I choked on it because it was so big and hard. But the service at breakfast was very friendly. They offered me milk, tea, or coffee.

Everything is not too bad except the shower, because the water from the shower was not hot enough.

Vacationing with family, including mom and dad, was a joy. My kids enjoyed it too. The food was delicious and varied. Lokasinya strategis.

The staff is very friendly. This is an ex-Sheraton hotel, in a strategic location. The only problem was a slight power outage yesterday due to using a hairdryer, but it wasn't a major issue that detracted from the comfort of the room. Oh, and by 2:00 PM, one of the two rooms I booked wasn't ready. It was tolerable, though. If I'm not mistaken, it was ready about 30 minutes later, but they forgot to provide towels and a bath mat. :D If asked if I would stay here again despite the minor issues mentioned above, I would and would still recommend it to others. I'm sharing this experience with the goal of making this hotel even better.

staff hotel gave me wrong information so I have to paid breakfast. I checked in late, but the room still not ready yet. they give me the worst room, there is no towel, room smelly and bathroom inconvenience.

The Wi-Fi has been improved again. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Within the comfortable and quiet atmosphere, something strange is hidden 😮‍💨 If possible, move the things that are beyond reason

Overall, this hotel is recommended. I'll stay there again next time I go to Bandar Lampung.
