All hotel staff are friendly.. Good hospitality

InshaAllah, I will come back here again. I like the friendly service, it's kid-friendly, and it was my first camping experience with my kids. Thank you, HeHa.

A comfortable place for family vacation

It was fun but there were a few problems with the wifi and the TV not working but luckily the staff were quick to respond so it was quickly fixed. It's just a shame that the lobby is far away so if you want to come here next time you have to bring supplies because the climb up is quite a pain in the ass hehehe

It's really fun for children to be able to experience the sensation of sleeping in a tent.

I first wanted to stay overnight and checked YouTube for a private pool with hot water, but it turns out there isn't one. And the water was cold, so I couldn't enjoy it. I was disappointed. Please provide a private pool with hot water so you can enjoy it whenever you want. Everything else is fine.

Overall the campsite was okay, but the other campsite smelled a bit like urine, so I asked to move, but luckily there was an empty one. Then in the girls' bathroom I felt a bit pee-y because the hot water was terrible, huhu, but it was okay.

I really don't regret staying at Heha waterfall. It's worth it, especially if you stay on a weekday. You really have a private room and the facility to see the tree view makes it even cooler🥰 I want to come back here again in a few days.

The location is convenient, close to Taman Safari, and easy to get everywhere. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff is friendly. Hopefully, this can be further improved in the future, especially the cleanliness of the shared restroom area.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable, nice and okay, only the hot water doesn't work in the upstairs rooms.... then the private pool should be closed so it can't be seen from below.

The staff is friendly, the place is also nice, the breakfast is quite delicious, but the fried noodles are still a bit chewy like they are undercooked, the complaint in the toilet area of the camp, especially the women's toilet, the toilet spray can't come out of the water at all, so I prefer to go to the toilet near the reception even though it's far but it's cleaner, the same as the tent area, it smells a bit of cat urine 🐱

Nice place for kids and family

The room is not child-friendly for 2 and 5 year olds because there are stairs in the room. And if you want to go downstairs, it's a long way up, so you don't enjoy it, so you have no choice but to stay in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room, but the menu is the same.

The place is so cool, it makes you want to come back again 😇
