This is my second stay here, and it's a great choice for those looking for a budget hotel near Malioboro. The hotel is small but well-equipped with good amenities: an elevator, secure parking, clean rooms, though not very spacious, a clean and fragrant bathroom, strong Wi-Fi, and most importantly, it's close to Malioboro. Hamzah Batik is a 10-minute walk away. God willing, I'll return here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

The hotel staff was friendly, the place was clean, but unfortunately there was no hot water for showering. The food was not very tasty, there weren't many menu options, and you couldn't request an egg omelet. I was very disappointed with this stay.

A recommended hotel because of its location which is close to everywhere, the GKI church is only about 50m away, Muhammadiyah Hospital is right in front of the hotel, and there are souvenir centers along Jalan Bayangkara.

The hotel is comfortable, right in the middle of the city, and the price is pocket-friendly.

The hotel is not too big but comfortable, the room is clean, there is an elevator too which is important so it is not tiring carrying luggage, the service is friendly & good, most importantly the location is strategic, really can walk to Malioboro & to the Bakpia Pathuk souvenir center. Highly recommended to come back to stay here again. Thank you.

1. Strategic location, close to: Zero Point, Keraton, Kauman, and surrounding areas. 2. Easy vehicle access, the road in front of the hotel is quite convenient for access/walking to Malioboro. 3. Valet parking is available. 4. Although the hotel is small, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the rooftop is perfect for viewing the morning and evening views. 5. Breakfast isn't as comprehensive as larger hotels (with many rooms), but it's quite varied: rice, porridge, black sticky rice, bread, and fruit. 6. Overall, I liked this hotel and would probably stay here again.

Generally comfortable, the location is very close to Malioboro, opposite PKU Muhamadiyah Hospital, not far only 150m to GKI Ngupasan, and GPDI. Beringharjo market is also close, to Batik Hamzah is also close, to Ngasem market 15 minutes walk, to zero km is also close, just walk, if tired take a pedicab. Just note the elevator is a bit rough less comfortable.

Close to walking distance to Malioboro, close to food, friendly staff, spacious rooms, safe for bringing toddlers, there is a quite comfortable outdoor area.

A hotel with a strategic location. Although parking is limited, the hotel staff provides excellent service. The soundproofing of the rooms might be a good consideration for improving the service. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Please separate and label the menu variations, whether halal or non-halal, if any. Menu variations in the future will be optimized to include typical Indonesian menus, especially market snacks.

For a 2 star hotel, the price is too expensive and the breakfast is not very good either.

Everything was good, clean, and satisfying. Parking issues were handled well by the staff. Only breakfast was minimal and mediocre.
