Curtain dirty, No spare loo paper. When contacted reception we were told it will be delivered to room in 5 Minutes. Did not arrive before we left half an hour later. One soap dispenser was empty .

I like the Freddie z mercury touch all over the place and location, also having balcony with the view.

Carpets and walls covered in stains/dirt in main areas, room was ok though but wouldn’t stay here again

Staff was great. The place was very clean. It's located right on the train tracks, which was surprisingly very quiet. Didn't even hear the trains going by. Minutes away from everything in town.

Hotel is okay but bit dated. Staff friendly. Beds aren’t very comfy.

Clean and well located, but very basic. Comfortable enough for sleeping, though nothing special.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it ideal for train travelers. It feels like new construction and is quite clean. It has an easy walk to the lake and restaurants located along it.

The view from the 5th floor deck was amazing. Make sure you have a top floor. Room was clean and comfrey but not extravagant.

Hotel is in a great position at the end of railway platform. We had a very friendly welcome. Room had everything we needed but was a little sparce, fresh coat of paint and a clean lampshade would have made a big difference. We did appreciate the balcony and the the price was reasonable for the area

We loved the fact that Freddie pictures were everywhere. Loved the plates and mugs and glasses with the Freddie pose. The breakfast was good and they had gluten free options for me. The bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely. My sister sent us flowers for our 50th wedding anniversary and she had to chase them up. My daughter sent loads of emails asking the staff to put fruit in our room. She never got a reply, but we appreciated that it was a training hotel and absolutely loved all the Freddie stuff. We will visit again.

You can walk to the hotel straight from a platform at the train station. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to local restaurants and shops.

Hotel tres propre. Chambre agréable et propre. Lit confortable. Proximité du bord de l'eau et de la navette ( bateau ). STATIONNEMENT interieur ( toute une experience avec l'ascenseur de voiture). Quelques restaurants à proximité, un café boulangerie tout prés .Seul bémol la gare mais assez bien insonorisé et avec le lit , on s' endort facilement.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The ratings said that it was superb, however there was nothing superb about this hotel. It's was not clean and the furniture was below average. The price doesn't match the offering.

Love the Location of this hotel, it’s right off platform 1 of the train station, super convenient. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no outlet near the bed which is inconvenient for charging the phone. Overall we had great time staying.
