Friendly staff, good service, thank you

Didn't get the booked room, the deluxe room was given to someone else even though it had been booked for a month, unprofessional, given to someone else without my confirmation, replaced with a room in the villa but the villa was also not as good as the deluxe room. The deluxe room is a new room at The Kanzi Hotel, the rest are old buildings like the photo. I don't recommend this hotel, there are lots of ants in the bathroom and in the villa, the AC is only a fan in the villa room so it's a bit hot at night if the door is closed. There is AC in the living room but it's even cooler so if you want to rent the villa you have to open the door to get the coolness.

The place is nice, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, there is hot water for bathing, and the parking lot is spacious.

The hotel is also okay, Japanese concept.

The bathroom was dirty, the bucket and ladle were covered in moss and even worse, there were 20 cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom, it made me shudder.
