The swing and pillow here are not bad and not very good either, the location is strategic under the massage place, the price is still affordable if you book on weekdays, a little cheaper, the room is a bit small but suitable for us to rest for a while

Compared to similar hotels or similar levels, the standard rooms are too small. You can barely stand up in them. The bathrooms are also too small, barely enough to stand up in, especially if you're large. However, if you're not a big fan of room size and want a location right on the main road of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is a good option. But again, the rooms are too small.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pleasant stay because of the strategic location and the abundance of food.

have stayed here several times and I keep coming back but there are certain room types that are too noisy due to buskers playing until midnight when you are too tired. will still come back when you have a budget.

Anyway, this is the most recommended hotel. It's very close to everywhere.

Actually the receptionist not fit enough to serve the customer, she did not help to explain and only need English (because my parents, cant talk and understand) they try to use malayu and chinese, but she didnt care about it. Very shame on you!

Nice place but the room has no TV, very bad.

The room and the picture from apps is different, really small for 2 people, request double bed in apps but still got one bed, the bathroom is very dirty. Please be honest

During my 2 nights stay at this hotel I met 3 different receptionists. Quite friendly and responsive when I asked. Likewise with 1 housekeeping that I met was also friendly by giving a smile when they met. What I like most about this hotel is its location is very strategic because it is located in the bukit bintang area and only need to walk a few steps to get to nasi ayam hainan chee meng, mon chinese beef roti, alor street, nasi lemak alor corner, Q pocket, KKV, lot 10, pavilion, etc.
