A very pleasant experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, my under-2-year-old child happened to be crying in the lobby. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered ice cream, which helped my child stop crying. The check-in staff thoroughly explained the hotel facilities. The bellboy was also friendly. The room was spacious, despite the unique hotel design. Opening the door directly to the toilet and shower before entering the bedroom. I booked a pool view, and the balcony had a bathtub and chairs for relaxing. The minibar also had complimentary soft drinks.
The restaurant staff were very friendly, and my over-5-year-old child was offered a variety of chocolate drinks. The food selection was varied, including our favorite instant noodles, hehe.
The swimming pool was very spacious, and the kids had a great time playing there. They had a ball and a floating mat. There was one slight drawback: the pool depths were 0.4 and 1.2 meters. My kids didn't like the shallow end, so they played at 1.2 meters. I had to be extra careful because my kids weren't that tall. The playground is located in a corner, making it less appealing for children.
Because it's across from Kuta Beach, after Beachwalk, you can imagine the traffic on the way to the hotel or the airport (because of the circular route). But overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with the family. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, the Stones.
