Check-out time is 12:00 AM. But the staff knocked on the door at 10:00 AM. It's very disturbing to my sleep. Very rude.

"I had a two-night stay. The first night went smoothly, but I was locked out of my room on the second night. I tried to use the emergency contact number/channels provided by the property, but I received no response. I ended up having to sleep on the floor while waiting for the housekeeper to arrive the following morning. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, I am very upset that my attempts to contact you were completely ignored. You really need to have a proper contingency plan for sudden emergencies."

Clean and fragrant, close to everywhere

The hotel is located at 2nd floor, above White Smoke Contemporary Restaurant. There is no lift, only staircase. The location of the hotel is very good, very near to Penang Street Arts, Chew Jetty, etc. The room rate is not very expensive. However, the hotel is quite noisy at night due to live performance sound from nearby The Jetty Food Court. For those who prefer quiet environment, don't come here. Earplugs are provided, guests may use it if needed. There is no reception in the hotel, the hotel staff will send passcode for enter to the hotel. They never sent me the passcode, I have to call them to get the passcode when I arrived.
