Overall it's OK, only the bathroom is a bit muddy, there's stagnant water in the washbasin area.

From the location, comfort, friendliness and breakfast are actually okay. Only the cleanliness of the room, especially the spray, is honestly lacking. Check in at 10 pm. In the morning I felt itchy on my feet and hands. So did my wife. I booked a room with 6 beds. Maybe it was rarely used so the sheets were rarely changed. Hopefully this will be input after this.

Stayed here with a family of 6 for 4 days, chose 1 family room with 6 bunk beds so we wouldn't be separated. Friendly service, the room was comfortable for the six of us. The bathroom has 2 cubicles, which is very helpful so we don't have to queue for a long time so we can immediately go on a fun trip. The water can also be warm immediately without having to wait long. The room is cleaned every 2 days, by request via WA if you want it cleaned. If you want to get a drink, just go to the dispenser in the lobby on the 1st floor and fill it in your own tumbler as much as you like. There are 2 drawbacks: First. The 3rd floor where our room is located does not have Wi-Fi facilities 🥲 Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby on the 1st and 2nd floors. Second. There is 1 main light in the room that is not very bright, but the other lights are safe so it's not really a problem for us. That's all. Overall's good. first time staying here. for those who bring family here is highly recommended the facilities are quite complete for the swimming pool please fix it, it seems like there is a broken ceramic, my child even bled.
