Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that there’s a huge spider in our room, she said they’ll send someone. But the spider was still in the room in the evening when we went back. There’s no curtain on the window above the sink, which made the room very bright in the morning. There’s also lots of sources of noise early in the morning so we were woken up around 8am each day. House keeping was also missed in one day because when they knocked our door at 10.40am we were not ready to leave. I asked them to come back in 1hr, but they didn’t clean the room that day. The basic function of a hotel is to get rest. But we were so tired during the three days staying there. For this price in Bali you can get way much better accommodations. So don’t waste money in the double/twin room.
