dirty, no water, AC not cold at all

A solo trip here is perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly experience. The rooms are standard, with a TV and hangers. The AC is cool. The staff is friendly. Toothbrushes and soap sachets are provided, but there are no towels, so you'll need to bring your own. The room lights are only yellow, perfect for those who prefer a dimly lit room. What I really liked was the fast Wi-Fi. Cons: The receptionist on the second floor has to climb stairs that don't have handrails, making it unsafe to go up and down. When I stayed here, the hot water was being repaired, so it was cold, and it was the rainy season, so it was very cold.

Comfortable, recommended for travelers looking for a cheap and comfortable hotel, the service is quite good and the employees are quite agile and can fulfill any needs that are lacking.

Disappointing, As soon as you enter it smells musty, The room is dirty (the floor is dirty) You have to ask for toiletries (towels, soap, etc.) You have to ask for the WiFi password and it turns out it doesn't reach the family room, the TV doesn't work, The sheets and blankets are dirty and smelly, Stained, The water is always out of order in the morning.

Actually the place is nice, just a little lacking in cleanliness of the bed and bathroom, the room is spacious, and I like the atmosphere.

Water is the most important thing wherever we are. I got a room with a water leak (it stopped flowing several times), and the hot water didn't work either.

It didn't help. The room was dirty and used, with lots of hair and shoe marks. The bed was dirty and stained. The pillowcase was full of mold. No solution was found. Many rooms were empty but they were full. As a result, I decided to cancel and choose another hotel. It was a very bad experience for me. Not recommended at all. Below 1 star for everything!

The place is clean, the service is excellent. It was a satisfying stay at Sans Stay Skyland.

The staff are very helpful and very kind, very very helpful, the rooms are very nice, even though they are not soundproof, but they are safe.

I ended up not staying at this hotel because the quality was really bad, starting from the hotel, location, linen.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a gazebo area where you can relax.
