Staff & customer services were very inconvenient and unpleasant. Communication was very bad (very slow or nearly no response). There was no introduction or advanced guidance to the guest unless you asked. The guests waited quite a long time for the check-in process, even though we already had an appointment. Sorry, I wish I could give a higher rating score, but these are the facts and my experience.

The place is comfortable, clean, the service is fast and quite fast response, and it is in accordance with what is in the photos.
