Uncomfortable. The AC doesn't work, and the mattress is full of bugs like fleas.

Please improve cleanliness, especially in bed because there are lots of bed bugs.

The facilities are very bad, the mattress feels like sleeping on wire/springs, there are wires sticking out too, the AC is just noisy but hot, the sheets & pillows are dirty & smelly, I regret staying here, don't try it.

during the hotel booking through Traveloka this time they were very disappointed, the room was not suitable, the TV did not function, the AC was not cold, there was no trash can, there were animals on the bed. had asked to move rooms but it was even worse. as a result, they just parked in the car.

over all ok the receptionist is very kind and the security at the front office is ok the food is delicious only the room is not soundproof the next room can be heard clearly when chatting. and 1 more when we had breakfast after finishing surprised the room was open not closed after looking it turned out to have just been cleaned but it would be nice after cleaning the room was closed tightly because in our room there were cellphones wallets and 3 laptops. thank God there were no unwanted incidents. suggestion please note after being cleaned the door must be closed tightly and locked again. (must be checked and the SOP improved because it concerns security and comfort)
