Great breakfast.

What a find, beautiful location, peaceful, on Sand Bay Beach front a few miles from Weston Super Mare but a world away. Nice hotel, clean, lovely presented double room with en suite, rainfall double shower, tv, small fridge, kettle, free standing fan, supply of tea, coffee, hot choclate. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast included in price, yoghurts, fruit, toast, full english and a good variety of other cooked options. On site restaurant, Rock Salt, varied menu for all tastes. We had 8oz Steak, rare, cooked perfectly and beef lasagne, amazing. Good onsite paking. Definately will book again.

We were in a separate building in the gardens, very quiet and comfortable.

Staff were friendly. Clean rooms. Definitely stop again.

Really nice location and

The room has cobwebs and it is nothing like the pictures on the website. We were in room 22. This room has a boiler next to our bed. It woke my little one up constantly at night and scared her. To be honest, I don’t think it’s suitable to be a hotel room because of the noisy level. One thing I really like about the hotel is that the staff are all extremely friendly. So it is still highly recommended but avoiding room 22.

Ok for one night, but room was very small and cramped. Bathroom ok but toilet seat cheap and loose !

Calm accommodation, friendly and very helpful staff

The location is amazing but service could have been better. Some very kind and attentive staff in the restaurant but not for the stay so much. It would have been great to have sheets instead of duvets in this heatwave as the room fan isn’t very powerful. Doors were slamming til late in the night and then early morning so it wasn’t very restful. I appreciated the staff letting me keep my luggage til later on check out day and the friendly lady with light pink hair at the breakfast service. I might stay again, it just seemed a bit expensive for what it is as the room is rather basic.

Given the right room could be enjoyable. Staff friendly and helpful. The room we had was at the top of the hotel and lacked space to store cases.

The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable. We didn’t give a higher grade because we had no chairs in our room and there was no lounge. There was a safe in the room but the previous occupant had left it closed and in spite of mentioning this it was never unlocked. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was good. When we arrived Sarah the receptionist helped us carry our luggage upstairs.

Great location, very good staff, smiling workforce, no issues to deal with. The room was a bit tad, dated and bit smelly. Looked to be unoccupied for month. Spiders and cobwebs at many places in room Ample parking around, nice big XL size restaurant, good dinner menu, just that it closes at 8:15 for last order. Bang at the not so great beach.

Lovely staff, nice bed, shower and towels. Excellent breakfast. Room in an old outbuilding was awful.

Beautiful hotel- clean and very welcoming. We had fish and chips which I can highly recommend. Only down side is the beds are not very comfy worn mattress feel springs through. But for a night away with amazing views it’s worth it. Also great breakfast.

Felt very comfortable and welcome as a solo traveler. Sadly didn’t make it to Sand Point due to weather so will be visiting again!

I was in the annexe room 22. Breakfast was very good. I was there 2 nights. There were clean towels the 2nd day which I didnt think necessary as I am a big believer in saving water, energy, time and money! So maybe a notice could be put up like they do in many hotels to leave towels on floor if they need changing. There were a couple of little things I mentioned to reception but no need to put on here as all in all it was a good hotel.

Really nice hotel in a beautiful spot by the sea. Staff were really friendly and the food was great with good sized portions, especially the breakfast. Room size was great, had a sea view room with extremely comfortable pillows on the beds

I don't want to be negative about this hotel as I will stay here again, but just some minor things, firstly the breakfast room opened late so I didn't have time to eat, but no big deal, some say I could afford to miss the odd breakfast. The other is the sound proofing, again, no big issue, but the older couple arguing in the room above and stomping around the room was a bit of a distraction, but the did quiet down quite early (this is not a slight on the hotel, just a comment). The tv remote didn't work and the spiders were a bit creepy. But on the whole, its a nice place and I will stay again.
