I booked a room for one night stay and could not get into the so call hotel I payed £67 And I can not get a refund I have talked to Hotel.com and they cannot help

We didnt receive a code to get into the property. When trying to contact the place they kept hanging up on us and then turned their phone off after 6pm.

Terrible room ,it had molds on walls , room was smelling and dirty beddings on the bed. They used sofa bed that was broken. I would not recommend this to anyone don’t risk to book here infact @HOTELS .COM needs to verify such accommodation before putting it on their website.

I booked to stay at this property but I couldn't get through to the property managers despite numerous calls and messages to the provided number. They didn’t send the entry code either, and had to desperately look for alternative accommodation.

Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common
