The room smelled like rancid cigarettes. I got stung by a bug and had a swollen foot for 3 days. Not sure what insect it was but i could not walk for 2 days as my foot was swollen from the sting.

Great find very convenient for Heathrow with a bus running to T5 taking less than 10 minutes. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Really good value. There is a pub specialising in Thai food just opposite.

Staff super friendly and welcoming, plus hotel rooms were clean and big enough to accomodate a family of 4.

Stayed a couple of times at the B&B hotel at Heathrow now. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Staff are friendly. Easy access to T5 with the bus stop right outside.

Clean, comfortable hotel with polite staff. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Handy for Heathrow. Secure parking under hotel, £15 per night. Cons: Only one pillow, bathroom fan noisy and didn’t turn off, TV didn’t appear to have any terrestrial channels. Ok for one or two nights

If I were ever going back to visit London, I would totally stay in B&B London Heathrow again. The location was super convenient from Heathrow. Bus 703 picks up at Terminal 5 and stops literally right in front of the hotel. The bus also goes to Windsor castle, which made it super easy for a Windsor day trip. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is very quiet inside. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and very helpful. Although the windows do not open (due to minimizing noise levels), the evening staff member on duty helped me find a room with the best ventilation. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.

I booked the hotel for 4 days with my 3 boys and i have to say i was pleased with the room. It was big enough for the four of us. The two older boys really loved the bunk bed. The AC worked perfectly which is a must for me. A room gets really hot when you have 3 boys. The bathroom and beddroom was nice and cleaned. Although, the floor could have done with a hoover. There was some leftover popcone under the bed. Front desk staff were wounderful. When i asked for an extra pillow, they delived 4 pillowes to my room. I tried the breakfast on our first day there and it was fantastic. However, i wished they had conplementy breakfast available. It was going to get expensive to feed them for all four days. I would definitely book this hotel again if it will just be me and my partner traveling. However, with my kids i will book a hotel that includes breakfas

This place is a nightmare. Neighbours were banging, shouting, blasting TV, and letting a child repeatedly kick the main door until nearly midnight. Three rooms came out to complain. We went to reception, but management only told them to stop kicking the door—not to keep the noise down—then walked away. This is a hotel, not their house. We didn’t sleep until 2 a.m. and were woken at 4 a.m. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stay hear a lot it’s a great place friendly staff always on hand to help with anything , there’s a great Thai owned pub opposite and a cafe called fat boys round the next corner , I stay on business ,I Paid £10 for a buffet style breakfast , there was no eggs - as I was told they never came in on delivery , no sausages , settled for a bacon sandwich and coffee so £10 is fine that’ was my only let down out of all the times I’ve stayed here As this was my first time ever having breakfast in the hotel I thought I’d say how it went
