When I entered the room, the AC wasn't cold, the room was dirty, and the sheets hadn't been changed. The kitchen/pantry was completely empty, the water heater was missing, the shower hook and hose near the toilet were broken. The location was dark and scary. When I got home, I was still going to be extorted for parking. Traveloka is amazing, they never survey their partner hotels or apartments. If I wanted to sue them, I could, but never mind. Hopefully, this will be information for others to reconsider if they want to stay at this apartment!
