A hotel with good hospitality and cleanliness. Suggestions for improving public facilities and staff service...overall good

hotel dengan keramahan dan kebersihan yang bagus. saran ditingkatkan kembali fasilitas umum dan pelayanan staff...overall good

stayed for 2 days, only provided 1 towel and the room was not replaced and was also cleaned on the 2nd day.

Fasilitas yang diberikan mohon ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi, secara kebersihan bagus.

Good, clean, comfortable. The only damage is in the sitting toilet because the flush button cannot be used, so I ended up using a bucket and a ladle to put water into the sitting toilet. 
The front CS staff should be paid attention to again, especially the men because they are old and may be a bit less agile


Bagus, bersih, nyaman. kerusakan hanya ada di toilet duduknya karena tombol flushnya tdk bisa digunakan akhirnya pakai ember dan gayung utk menyetor air ke dalam kloset duduknya.
Staff CS depannya agar di perhatikan lagi, khususnya yang laki2 karena sudah berumur mungkin agak kurang gesit
