The balcony can see the sea, opening the door in the morning brings cool and airy wind. The building's location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around. Walking around this area in the evening is quite safe and bustling. The host is enthusiastic, responds quickly via text message, and gives clear check-in instructions. The receptionist is also friendly, helping me call a car and assist with luggage when checking out. During my stay, everything worked well: cool air conditioner, strong water, stable Wi-Fi. I think that for such a price, the quality of the room and location are completely worth it. Not luxurious but fully equipped, clean and comfortable. If anyone needs a neat place to stay, can cook, near the sea, FLC Sea Tower is a reasonable choice. I will come back if I have a chance to go to Quy Nhon.

A small minus point is that the elevator is sometimes a bit crowded during rush hour, but it does not affect much. But I still booked 1 night in advance, the room was really nice, spacious, cleaner than expected, the price of 500k is equivalent to a 2-star hotel but here it is worth much more, everyone can come to support, I know because this is the low season so the owner of the facility has reduced the price quite deeply. 10/10
