We were charged an extra 500 for “smoking” they sent out an affidavit to confirm there was no smoking paperwork was filled out and never got a call back email or nothing explaining what happed but they sue e did tell my back that I had signed my receipt when I checked out

The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. My only issue with the property was my husband and I bathroom. Water run under the shower onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise it was a great experience and we will definitely visit again in the near future.

Loved our stay there especially the rooftop bar!

The hotel in general was super clean, the staff were very helpful. Check in was smooth, one thing to keep in mind is that you have to pay for parking daily ($57). They have the Annex in the premises which is a rooftop type of vibe very chill and nice.

Wonderful place to stay! And Darium was exceptional; when my flights were delayed I called, concerned that I wouldn’t be able to cancel my reservation if necessary. He was so polite and reassuring. Once I arrived I heard from others in my group how fantastic their interactions with him had been; we expect to receive good service and to hear his name mentioned by others reinforced how exceptional he is!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Meredian. It will be our go to hotel when we come to Ft. Worth. Nice pool and gym. Very comfortable rooms.

On our 1st night we had a plumbing issue. My husband called at 6am to let the staff know. At 8am when we went down for breakfast, they had no record of our call or that there was an issue. We were told it would be resolved immediately. We left for the day. My husband called back 4 times and was finally told at 5pm that the issue was being looked at and would be resolved. When we arrived back at the hotel it seemed ok, but by morning it was clear the issue was not taken care of. I really like this location but we won't stay here again. When you stay at a hotel one of the basics is working plumbing, that failure and the lack of interest or help from the staff was unacceptable.

Great place. Would certainly recommend and book again. A rooftop deck, patio and bar. A westward facing rooftop pool for good sun. Can have fun there with grown friends or have a family swim. Room was clean and arranged well. The lobby bar and restaurant was quite enjoyable. Good coffee, drinks and dinner. Area is also nice. Easy street parking if you don’t want to pay for $60 separate Valet hotel parking.
