Great breakfast! Convenient to area attractions (easily drivable). Spacious rooms/suites. Seems to be fairly new and part of a larger planned development so future construction may have some impacts view or noise-wise. Very lovely stay.

We had a nice two-night stay on our way to a family event in Massachusetts. Food and drink were excellent. Bar/restaurant area gets very loud on a Friday evening. Free breakfast was great. Room was spacious! Would have been nice to have a pool on hot July days.

The overall room design/layout is good although the shower opening lets water onto the bathroom floor causing the bath mat to get soaked. Upon entry, the room (225) smelled of overripe bananas. Apparently the refrigerator had an overripe banana in it. The refrigerator was NOT turned on and was WARM. Also, the room was situated DIRECTLY behind large AC units blocking any view. Requested a new room due to the smell. Keycards provided for RM 223. Refrigerator was working but still DIRECTLY behind AC units which completely blocked any view. Later on we sat at the counter (high chairs) and noticed what looked like chocolate on one of the chair seats. Next, one of the two elevators was out of commission our whole (4 days) stay and for a period of time, an elevator operator was assigned to the remaining elevator due to issues with that one as well. Lobby: the design is impractical for already-checked-in guests. A central fireplace and chairs block the path to the elevators. You interrupt any seated guests if you try to walk straight through and there’s not much room to walk through next to the reservation desk. Otherwise you have to walk around all the chairs/seats towards the bar area. House cleaning: we were not told that house-cleaning is every other day and so were surprised after a long day to find our room not made up. Reservations should have mentioned this at check-in. Towels were replaced BUT, NO Facecloths were provided.

Room was not made up at 3:30 after being out of room for 9 hours. Told that they usually make up room daily if you stay for at least 3 nights. We stayed for 2. At $400 a night this is ridiculous. The hotel is fabulous and breakfast buffet is definitely impressive. Will stay again only if they guarantee daily freshening of the room,
