Ideal location as I was attending a wedding. The room was available ahead of time and it was spacious and done in wonderful taste in decor. There are also limited parking spaces for residents. Clean, efficient and a comfortable stay.

Lovely venue - Quiet and comfortable rooms, excellent selection of toiletries, fridge with complimentary water and beer, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Good selection at breakfast. Good location, only a few minutes flat walk to the town centre and train station.

Rooms were impeccable, beds comfy. Would recommend staying here. I didn't use the pub downstairs because i was out all day but looked great from what i could see

Friendly staff , great atmosphere and good value for money

Young staff, of which I spoke to 5, were all brilliant, friendly,efficient and good fun. Most impressive. Slight issue in that if you had a noisyroom neighbour then the thin walls could be a problem as you could hear people snoring!. Food wholesome and faierly priced, beer good too so overall I have to give it 5stars and will recommend to friends and family.

The Manager and all staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a well run Hotel and Restaurant.

Amazing stay as always.

Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. Highly recommend them 👍

Stop over for a couple of nights to watch the rugby, fabulous boutique hotel, staff wonderful nothing was to much trouble, food was amazing best produce used, cannot recommend this hotel enough would definitely stop again.

Couldnt fault my stay - staff and the facilities available were great.

Nice pub with rooms. Rooms furnished to a good standard. There are nice additions such as a coffee machine, coffe pids, bags, biscuits, a fridge with a complimentary beer, water and fresh milk. Access is easy. Staff ate friendly. Food available on site
