Deluxe rooms don't have a sink (making washing your face and brushing your teeth a hassle), no towel rack (please, where should you put your wet towels), and no kettle. Well, the point is, for the same price, you can get all of these amenities elsewhere :) The cafe on the first floor offers delicious food and drinks.

The staff is nice and friendly, and when there was an event, my sister offered to clean the room, and I booked 2 rooms, checked in on different days and asked for adjoining rooms, the hotel was okay, I really liked it, and it's also a great place to hang out.

The hotel staff are all friendly, close to the activity venue too, highly recommended 🥰

The hotel is comfortable, the service is good, and the cleanliness is good. I've stayed here twice. As for the food, the fried rice with sambal matah is a favorite every time I stay here.😍😁

The hotel is nice and clean, the service is friendly. It's just a shame, because the hotel is still new (maybe) so there is still renovation. And what's more unfortunate is the sound of the renovation made me unable to take a nap, even though we stayed at this hotel because we wanted to rest before the flight to Surabaya. The sound is very loud, maybe next time if the 2nd floor is still being renovated, it's better to close one floor first so as not to disturb the comfort of the guests.

Sound from other rooms penetrates, but overall it is quite comfortable.
