The room I booked, a Family Room with a Mountain View, wasn't soundproof enough, so outside noise still filtered in. We tried a hotel with a swimming pool, hoping the kids could play in it upon arrival. It turned out to be incredibly murky and wasn't cleaned until the next morning, even after the kids started crying because we weren't allowed to swim. There were used tissues on the floor of the room, and the electric kettle had ants in it. We had to go to reception to get it replaced because customer service didn't respond to WhatsApp messages. The food menu was smaller than other hotels, perhaps because there were fewer guests at the time.

On the 3rd floor it was noisy with the wind and the alum zinc roof.
