Just checking in is already bad service. Please, if there's no breakfast service, don't install it. I want to eat, not collect vouchers!

The staff is not very helpful in carrying things when checking out even though they can see them, the room is narrow and very close to the TV. The price is expensive but the room is too small. It is not suitable for personal exercise. The location is on a narrow main road which is not very comfortable.

It is necessary to have an inflexible reservation method, where everything is done by the customer, which should be the job of the hotel check-in staff.

Very nice staff, very nice suite room, will be back for next staycation👍🏻👍🏻 There are cooking utensils & places on the 1st floor, dispensers on each floor, and it smells good :)

have stayed here several times and very happy. too bad the price has gone up :(

1. My room was forgotten to be cleaned even though I didn't stay overnight. 2. The security was too nosy to the visiting guest until they asked for the room number and name of the guest, even though the guest only met in the lobby. For questions like this, the receptionist can ask them.

This hotel is located near a middle-up residential area. Our room has a balcony with that residential area view. It feels like at our home. We enjoyed our stay.

New place. Really nice, soft bed. Netflix, got food vouchers too, really good.

Good place to stay, clean, modern, polite workers, and strategic position. I hope they can keep their standard like this and for everyone using this property can keep it too.

Newly opened, so everything was new & the facilities are exceptional. There is a pool & a cafe.
