the water is dirty, the toilet is clogged and broken, the sheets are dirty or dull... just this once is enough

air nya kotor, wc nya mampet dan rusak, sprei kotor atau kusam.. cukup sekali ini aja lah 

The roof of the room has mold. The electric kettle is broken (in the living room, not in each room), not bought a new one, but repaired with glue. The TV rack is simple. The hotel staff did nothing wrong, they were just working, but the hotel owner should be the one maintaining the facilities and so on.

Atap kamar ada jamur. kettle listrik rusak (di ruang tengah, bukan di dalam masing2 kamar), bukan beli baru, tapi diperbaiki dengan diberi lem. rak tv seadanya. staff hotel mah gak salah apa2, mereka cuma kerja, tapi pemilik hotel sih harusnya yg memelihara fasilitas dan lain2.
