The property is fine, now nost lobbies have plus seating and beautiful areas, this hotel has something that resembles the entrance to a jail...now maybe the location influenced the lack of care for that area. My room was perfect! No issues at all, do i wish there was a microwave ofcourse! But its not strange to not have one in a room these days. My experience was 9 only bc of the lack of a microwave, the area is gritty and if ypure not used to city life i can imagine it might scare you, me i was fine, everything is at arms length..food, shopping, transportation. Ill return if needed.

Our stay was fantastic. Room was small but very comfortable. The only negative was no parking but that wasn’t a problem finding on street parking for us

It was nice and clean but the TV didn’t work… and when I opened the shade it was the walls behind it, no window.

I stayed here over the weekend and all I can say was the bed was amazing!!! I slept like a baby, the hotel was clean, the staff was polite and welcoming, conveniently near the shopping area, and not too far away from family

You have to be desperate to stay there on purpose, or be like us…we weren’t familiar with the property.

Window curtains were torn and could use an upgrade, bed lining were clean. Two elevators but only one was in operation, no microwave in the rooms had to going to the lower level to use microwave. Iron also needs to picked up at the front desk.

Everything about the property gives the impression of imminent danger when there is none. The lobby personel is behind glass and barely communicate where to go. It also feels like locals might use the hotel more than out-of-towners. The room only had a bright overhead light, so we used the light from the bathroom to have some softer light in the room. The walls are paper-thin. The rooms are super tiny, but it worked for the one night we needed the stay. The sink in the bathroom has little net flies that would flare up every time you used the sink.

The only complaint that I have is that there were a lot of people allowing their children to run around in the hallway and yell, and the property needs to get more towel towels. No one should be only limited to two towels per room.
