Fraud. I paid through Alfamart. When I got there, I wasn't allowed in because they said they didn't accept online payments. In the end, my money was lost to this hotel. I hope I receive a painful punishment from Allah.

Ugly, no refund even though you paid on the spot. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It's not worth it. It's been delisted from Traveloka, but you can still book it, but it's unclear. I've even requested a refund, but it still doesn't work.

The staff is friendly... But the room lights are dim, please change them to brighter ones. There's only one towel, even though the room was for two people. The TV remote doesn't work.

Everything is good, quite good for that price. Unfortunately the TV can't turn on and the AC is not cold enough, the service is good, the cleanliness is sufficient, the location is good in the parking lot there is a small cafe. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again.

The hotel staff is unprofessional, too noisy, the AC is not cold, the bathroom lights are off, no towels or toothbrushes are provided, no ladle, only one plug, and the TV is off.
