Overall, I'm a 3.5. I was happy to get a room upgrade with a receptionist named Adam, but the room wasn't clean. The cleanliness was pretty poor. Hair was everywhere, the bathroom floor drain hadn't been cleaned, and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. Zoom in on the photo to see the hair. I had to clean it myself because the floor drain was clogged. The bathroom shower head wasn't securely installed, so it was very loose. In conclusion, the hotel is nice, but the room service is terrible.

Really liked the spacious and clean room, really enjoyed it even though it was only for one night, a little suggestion for breakfast... the food refills take quite a long time to run out so it makes you wait a bit, but the taste is all delicious and the staff are also friendly, thank you

The security guard at the check-in counter was extremely unfriendly. There were no directions, and we had to find our own parking. At the checkpoint, two other security guards were sitting and chatting, and we had a hard time finding a parking spot. I didn't expect such indifferent and uncaring security. Hoteliers shouldn't be like that.

The hotel staff is very friendly, this is our second stay. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and a comfortable environment. Highly recommended 👍

The hotel is located in the city center and has a connecting door. It's very stylish, and the staff are very friendly. It's a comfortable stay. It's still relatively new, and the experience was very satisfying.

* Laundry was picked up before 9, according to SOP it should have been delivered in the afternoon/evening, from the afternoon until the next morning I called the receptionist 3 times but it still hadn't been delivered, finally I went down directly to the receptionist the next morning, the laundry was done and the most unique part, I had to pay first, I asked to pay later at the check-in counter but it couldn't be done (other hotels have no issue with laundry being paid at the check-in counter) even though I had extended for another night. * Local TV channels can only be RCTI +. There are 2 elevators but only one access can be used, what's unique is that the floor numbers on the elevators are different (on the 4th floor elevator, but the room number is on the 5th floor)

This was my first time trying the Yello hotel in Smd, and it already felt very comfortable. Upon check-in, we were informed that the room type we booked was fully booked, so we were upgraded to a higher room type without any additional charges. Upon entering, the room was very clean and comfortable, with a clean bed and a clean toilet. It was just that there was no hairdryer, and I really like that the hotel has lots of electrical outlets, even USB ports. The breakfast was delicious and complete, especially for those on a diet like me, as there were diet-friendly options like salads and boiled rice. The location is also in the city center, so it's not too far from everywhere, and the surrounding area has lots of coffee shops and restaurants too.

The staff is friendly and responsive, the room is clean because it is new, the bathroom is clean, only there are not enough hangers.

It was my first time staying overnight at Yello Samarinda. What I like: Great place to stay, good hospitality, fast response service with smiles by staffs, clean room, strangely food tastes was better than the expensive F*g@ hotel... great. What I unlikely dislike :) ... Elevator was out of service on the second day; shower head was loose and can't be tightened; we can't access and movies from external hard drive on the TV; I got window's view of an alley with abandoned messy house which a bit disturbing. No worries I will still awarding Yello with max. stars reviews, and hoping to stay there at some other times. Thanks.
