Best Hotel at Balam and low budget

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The service was great, friendly, and clean. Recommended👍

I can't say anything more, a hotel under 400 is this good😭😭🤌 Netflix already has an account, the internet is super smooth, the king-size bed, there's a refrigerator, big windows, really cold AC, the view is really great (room 201 is recommended), the room is spacious. I slept soundly here. Luckily the receptionist reminded me it was time to check in. If not, it would have been a mess haha

The water in the toilet tap leaked, causing the bathroom to always be wet.

When I ordered a deluxe room, I felt that the facilities were still lacking, the sofa was already flat and had lots of holes, and there were no slippers either.

Overall okay, there are a few minuses, there is no toilet tissue and the toilet leaks because of the tap, the rest is perfect

in a quiet neighborhood, unfortunately there is no restaurant yet.

The staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel is clean so it is very comfortable and safe.

I booked on the wrong date, moving it forward a week. I only realized this when I checked in. The receptionist was quick to help. Thank you.

The bathroom is clean and the water is strong, the view from the rooftop towards the sea is very beautiful, the view of the hill from the room window is also very beautiful, the price is very affordable, the air around the hotel for morning walks and jogging is very fresh.. rate 9.7, the only minus is there is no breakfast and no swimming pool😅
