The location is great, very close to Sikunir, but the building is not OK, it feels cold inside, feels fragile especially on the 2nd floor, cleanliness is lacking, hot water often goes out

There was no reservations staff to assist at the villa. There was a lack of communication between Traveloka and the accommodation. This nearly resulted in a miscommunication with the villa's caretaker.
