We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better.

This hotel is an hidden gem. It was Stunningly, beautiful, with amazing staff! Elegant with a gorgeous view, very clean, with welcoming and extremely helpful staff, food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Albania!

Hôtel au bon potentiel, mais il faut vraiment que la direction fasse quelques choses avec un de leurs serveur extrêmement malhonnête désagréable et incompétent.

Hotel fica em local deslumbrante, com uma vista do lago e por do sol magníficos. Porém, um pouco distante de bares e restaurantes . Mas oferece um bom serviço de bar/drinks e comida/café da manhã e restaurante

Mycket fint hotell med en fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Fint poolområde, trevlig personal och utsökt mat i restaurangen. Hotellet ligger uppe på ett berg och vägarna dit är mycket branta.

Un cadre magnifique, une chambre très spacieuse et des extérieurs superbes (avec piscine, transats, tables,…). Une note toute spéciale pour les serveurs qui sont très accueillants et très sympa. Incrivel, hotel excelente, espaçoso, o restaurante (jantei) foi muito bom. O cafe da ammha nao era buffet livre mas ftinha uma boa variedade e os funcionarios foram muito atenciosos e deram otimas dicas do que ver, fazer e visitar na Albânia

Traumhaftes Hotel mit mit großen modernen Zimmern und sehr freundlichen Personal. Die ganze Anlage ist super gepflegt und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht über den See. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert, jedoch kaum zu schaffen.

New, clean and modern Hotel. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes and is modern, tasty but reasonable prices. Rooms are modern, huge and equipped with all needed. Full minibar and comfortable beds. Little nosy due to the restaurant below but staff was friendly to make it more quiet in the morning. The view from the room and spacious terrace is nice. Parking is free and three park decks are available.
