We arrived at the Riad late on Friday 22nd November. The reception staff Isham was excellent and very welcoming. We were provided with a cup of mint tea and an overview of the Riad and its facilities. It is fair to say that it has only been opened a short time, however it was clear that customer service is everything. We didn't want for anything and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered some activities to do and went with a guide on the Saturday around various famous land marks, which was interesting. We also booked the Hammam experience within the hotel on the Sunday, however they were having some issues and we were not able to do it. We were offered alternative option elsewhere, however chose to book one ourself, which was excellent and worth doing. Overall we had an excellent stay at Yacouta Riad and Spa I would thoroughly recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the bonus breakfast was welcoming.
