The apartment is really unprofessional. I booked a room at 2pm and the staff informed me that the room I booked was booked by a previous guest and I was too tired to check out, so I couldn't check in to the room with the balcony. Then I asked to move to another nearby facility to wait. I was given a room but the bathroom was old and dilapidated, the floor was still wet. The bathroom was old and the ceiling had a clear iron frame and was very noisy. I asked to change to another room and the staff said they would check the rooms again. But after 45 minutes they still hadn't informed me anything and I had to go down to the place to ask and they said the room with the balcony was checked out at 5pm so I could check in. I didn't agree because I was too tired and needed a room to settle down and I didn't need a room with a balcony anymore. And the staff said they would change me to a room with a window. I agreed, but it was already 3:30pm and the room had just been cleaned and was still wet. The bedroom had a corner of water seeping in from the upper floor, leaving water stains and yellow stains. Overall a very bad experience.

The support staff is not enthusiastic, poor service, lack of amenities, no mineral water. I booked a room for 2 people but there was only 1 of me. There were no more rooms and they assigned me to a room with 2 beds but told me to sleep in only 1 bed? What do you mean, are you afraid that sleeping in 2 beds will make the bed dirty and you have to change the sheets? The room is clean but lacks amenities, no mineral water or anything, booked a room with a TV and assigned me to a room without a TV. The staff did not speak properly.

The host is enthusiastic, the room is clean and fully equipped. If we booked a room to watch the parade, we could walk to Le Duan to watch it.
