Receptionist was let somebody else come in to my room without my permit, do not stay here, not safe hotel

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable. 👍🏻 There is also 24-hour checking. 👍🏻Good service

There's only one problem... the phone line is gone. The WiFi is also useless.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Overall, everything was great. The only drawback was the elevator. Although there are four elevators, they were always crowded. During checkout, I had to wait around 20 minutes, but every time the elevator arrived, it was already full, so I ended up taking the stairs. The pool area is beautiful, but at first there was an issue with the swimming attire policy, which seemed quite unusual. After about 30 minutes, the security finally allowed it, especially after seeing other kids entering the pool wearing only swim shorts without shirts. Overall, the hotel and rooms were good, but the surrounding area is still a bit messy.
