Exciting.. The first time you enter the lobby, you are greeted by a comfortable room with bright lighting. The elevator is spacious, the room is comfortable, clean, cool, neat, spacious, brightly lit, and even though you take a room facing the road, there is no traffic noise at all.. Besttt.. Close to places to eat, so you don't have to worry about bringing children to stay here too.

First time we staying at this hotel. After we checked out, the staff said the hand towels was lost in the room. They searched our belongings at at public lobby but did not find the towel in our luggage and bag. it was embarrassed when we are been searched. it was a bad experience staying at this hotel, the staff was not professional enough to handling such situation and should do a full checks on their cctv, accountable items and service staff first before they proceed to accuse us from taking hotel accountable items. Furthermore We heard the staff gossip among themselves about towels often lost at the hotel.

The bed (it seems the sheets were not changed from the previous guest to the next guest, it seems they were only tidied up, smelly and there were stains on the sheets), breakfast; I only highlighted the cleanliness of the place and the lack of responsiveness of the service, namely the long time to clean the table used by guests as well as refilling food when it was finished, such as coffee, for example, it was finished but not replaced.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, strategically located in Batam Center. The service is excellent, and shuttle services to the airport and harbor are available at competitive rates compared to online taxis.
