Hotel staff very helpful upon check in at midnight

It's a shame the room is dirty, there are lots of cobwebs especially in the cupboard, lots of dust, the floor is also sticky, the bathroom is also not very clean, please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, okay?
