This is a 3-star hotel, but everything is complete. The ambiance is comfortable, clean, everything is well-maintained, the service is friendly and fast, and every corner is aesthetically pleasing, so for those who like taking photos, this is recommended.

We booked a room for one night on the 26th, but we didn't check in until the early hours of the 27th. The staff was very friendly. You have to ask the receptionist for a hairdryer. The location is great for those who want to explore the culinary scene in the Alam Sutra area. If you prefer a mall-style hotel, it's right next to Living Plaza; if you prefer a more traditional experience, you can head straight to Pasar 8.

The hotel is cool because it has a rooftop.. when I come here in the afternoon it's cool, but during the day it's a bit hot, except the parking area is a bit narrow... but so far the location and everything else is okay... I haven't had a chance to try the breakfast yet, hurry up.

The room was comfortable, the AC was cool, and the soundproofing was decent. The service was good, and the food was quite delicious. It's very close to cafes and restaurants, so access to the front or to Blok M with TJ is easy.
Overall, it's great. It's a great option if you're looking to stay in Alam Sutera 👍🏼

The bads are I was accidentally put some sweet snacks, left the room. when i came back, the snacks already filled with ants. Wifi was nit stable. It was disconnected for a while, if you watch netflix here, you will expect down time for one or two minutes.
Buuutttt, The goods are, this hotel's surrounding is friendly for walkers and food enthusiasts. You can go, traditional market, western food, asian restaurant, local food in the night, drinks, living world mall, even hospital.
You can explore them by walking, no spending any transportation.
This hotel is very good and a must stay for any foreign workers who want to experience all the things outside the hotel room.
Even it nears padel court.
