The facilities are very lacking. I booked a 2-day stay for a high price. The Wi-Fi was down, so I complained. It was then turned on for a day, but it was down again the next day. The gas water heater ran out, and when I complained, it wasn't fixed. The service is very poor. Plus, the AC is very noisy because the unit is inside the room, which is very uncomfortable.
